FIELD: toothed spindles of drive units of rolls of rolling mills. ^ SUBSTANCE: clutch of spindle of rolling mill includes shaft of spindle; toothed holder pressed on stem of shaft; toothed sleeve engaged with holder and joined with blade on driven journal of roll; sealing unit in the form of bush with inner cone and outer cylindrical surfaces adjoined through sealing cords with outer surface of sleeve and with inner horizontal cylindrical surface of end lid of holder; spring mounted in dead turning of stem of spindle shaft. Toothed sleeve has bottom arranged at side of stem of spindle shaft. At side of toothed sleeve spring is arranged in central dead opening of guiding piston medium-fit mounted in turning of stem of spindle shaft. End of guiding piston is spherical one and it is adjoined with flat outer surface of bottom of toothed sleeve. Band is interference-fit mounted on outer end of toothed sleeve at side of rolling roll outside sealing unit. ^ EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of clutch and spindle, reduced idling periods, enhanced efficiency of rolling mill. ^ 2 dwg |
