The points of the contact surface of the protective member lie with in the conditional cylinder, whose axis is located in the region of the reference positions of the propeller axis of rotation, and the surface is described about the region of the preset positions of the propeller blades faced by the contact surface of the protective member, whose at least separate fragments are made smooth in the direction of circular motion of the propeller blades. The contact surface of the protective member may be made flat or convex towards the region of the preset positions of the propeller blades, as well as toroidal or spheroidal.
