PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thin wall bond magnet with uniform magnetic property. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a bond magnet is provided with a weighing capacity charge process which performs weighing capacity charge of compound formed of anisotropy magnetic powder and thermosetting resin at cavity whose surface wall temperature is under softening point of the thermosetting resin, an orientation process which performs orientation of the anisotropy magnet powder by applying an orientation magnetic field while heating powder molding object of compound by which weighing capacity charge was carried out or compound beyond softening point, and making the thermosetting resin into softening state or melting state, and a precise joint process which performs heating compression molding of anisotropy magnet powder and the thermosetting resin after the orientation process, and makes oriented anisotropy magnet powder into bond magneto compact which is combined precisely anisotropy magnet powder which carried out orientation with thermosetting resin.
