PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable optical tracking to be performed with high accuracy and efficiency, in an eccentric optical system and an optical device, by reducing light quantity loss until inputting light reaching a light receiving face, by miniaturizing size despite a comparatively long focal distance held, and by providing high resolution for the light forming an image on a light receiving face. SOLUTION: Using a prism 1 installed by giving eccentricity or inclination to five optical working surfaces comprising a transmitting face 3, reflecting faces 4, 5, a branching face 6, and a transmitting face 7, there are formed an optical path in which an incident luminous flux 51 is reflected internally three times, bent in the optical path, and emitted from the transmitting face 7 to form an image on an imaging surface 8, and an optical path in which the incident luminous flux 51 is reflected internally twice, bent in the optical path, and emitted from the branching face 6 to form an image on an imaging surface 9.
