PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a surface pressure distribution sensor for manufacturing the surface pressure distribution sensor having a flexible film at low cost by a simple process. SOLUTION: An opening 37 and a hole 38 are formed on a metal plate 51. The flexible film 33 is applied to the entire reinforcing plate 36 to cover the opening 37 (see Fig. c). Then, column wiring 31 and row wiring 32 are formed on the surface of the flexible film 33 (see Fig. d).
