PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-panel mounting structure, in which a place, where a wall panel is installed, is changed easily while the hanging-down of the wall panel can be inhibited. SOLUTION: In the structure, a tie material (1) having a vertical piece (11) suspended between ceiling-backing sash bars (2) having a constant space and being disposed in parallel and extended in the longitudinal direction and end pieces (12) installed to each of both left-right end sections of the vertical piece (11) is fixed onto the ceiling-backing sash bars (2) in the end pieces (12) of both left-right end sections, and the vertical piece (11) is fixed onto a sleeper (4) disposed at the upper end of the wall panel (3).
