The universal fitting flange (1) for the mounting of vehicle wheels on working machines has a round and flattened body (5) in which is located a central element (6) for the coupling with corresponding supporting and/or clamping elements on the machines. A number of groups (7) of through-holes pass through the body and correspond to the number of holes for seating of the wheel screws which fasten to the wheel hub. Sight identification devices (11) of the corresponding through-holes of other groups are provided in the proximity of each of these through-holes which form the individual groups.
