DISPLACEMENT VARIABLE SWASH PLATE-TYPE COMPRESSOR INCLUDING SWASH PLATE, SLIDING PIN, AND LUG PLATE FOR POWER TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: A displacement variable swash plate-type compressor is provided to improve the volumetric efficiency of the compressor by making the top clearance produced between a piston and a cylinder bore uniform and to maximize the circulating amount of a refrigerant by lowering the demand pressure of a crank chamber for controlling the rake angle of a swash plate. CONSTITUTION: A displacement variable swash plate-type compressor comprises a cylinder block having plural cylinder bores; pistons in the cylinder bores; front and rear housings each combined to the front and rear of the cylinder block; and a swash plate(150) reciprocating the pistons in the cylinder bores by inclining by the rotation of a driving shaft(140) supported to the center of the front housing. The displacement variable swash plate-type compressor includes the swash plate installed to the driving shaft by a spring interposed; a sliding pin(160) inserted in a through-hole(152b) formed to slide protrusions(152); and a power transmission lug plate(180) having a fitting hole(180a) formed in the center to support the other end of the spring in a forcibly fitted state to the driving shaft. The front of the swash plate is connected to the piston by a shoe interposed in the circumferential direction. A pair of slide protrusions with the through-hole having an opening(152a) are installed to a side of a projected part(151) formed near an insertion hole(150a) formed in the center of the swash plate. A pair of contact projections(182) is formed to a side of the power transmission lug plate. A contact surface(182a) having a predetermined radius of curvature to have line contact with the sliding pin is formed to the front of the contact projection. A power transmission piece(184) is formed to the outside of at least one of the contact projections.
