<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulation circuit of a burst signal in which continuous signals of the same sign can be received with no error by suppressing the effect of a variation in DC offset and the capability for following up the variation in DC potential at high speed is enhanced while reducing the number of components and power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The demodulation circuit 100 comprises a differentiation circuit section 1 outputting a differentiation signal corresponding to the rising or falling voltage variation of a pulse signal including a long continuous pattern of the same sign of "1" or "0", and a hysteresis comparator section 2 having such hysteresis characteristics as preset with a reference voltage level, an upper threshold voltage level and a lower threshold voltage level and reversing the state and sustaining that state when the differentiation signal varies over the upper threshold voltage level from the reference voltage level side and when varied below the lower threshold voltage level from the reference voltage level side and outputting the demodulated signal of a voltage signal having a logical level based on the hysteresis characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
