<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce constraint conditions, a time and labor, efficiently totalize a number of questionnaires and provide an investigation result in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A user confirms a guide attached to an article after the purchase of an article, and accesses, from users' terminals 1-1 to 1-n, an URL on the Web page provided by a server 3 via the Internet to answer a questionnaire. The server 3 totalizes and analyzes responses to the questionnaires from the user's terminals 1-1 to 1-n and prepares a final totalization/analysis report.
