<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp and a lighting device equipped with the lamp dispensing with a work of applying light shielding on a camp case afterwards and capable of utilizing light with as little waste as possible, even in the case of irradiating in a specific direction. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp 10, provided with a case 13 having a tip part 11 serving as a light-emitting part and a bottom part 12 from which a lead wire 15 is drawn out, a non-transparent circuit board 16 partitioning the inside of the case 13 bridged between the tip part 11 and the bottom part 12, an LED 17 arranged at the tip part of the case 13 fitted to one side of the circuit board 16, and the lead wire 15 electrically connected to the LED 17, is arranged at an outer periphery of a fog lamp 40 fitted to a vehicle, to make the lighting device for a vehicle emit the irradiation light from the LED 17 on an inside reflecting face of the fog lamp 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
