<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, a portable information device and an electronic conference system that enable a keyboard to be used freely even in a standing attitude and are applicable to presentation and a conference using information equipment such as a personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: A body 3 is provided with attachments 4 at both upper right and left ends, to which both ends of a belt 1 are attached.
