<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus device capable of reducing a cooling medium transmission amount from a connection tube, of preventing water leakage due to wear of the connection tube, of preventing flow rate degradation due to buckling of the connection tube, and of stably cooling a semiconductor element over a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The connection tube 3 formed of rubber having a small liquid transmission coefficient is used. The connection tube 3 is protected from wear by mounting a protection tape around the connection tube 3 passing between a body casing 7 and a display device casing 8. In addition, The connection tube 3 is protected from buckling by mounting the protection tape around the connection tube 3, or a protection tube having an inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the connection tube 3 in the periphery of the protection tape 3 in a part, including a part between the casing 7 and the casing 8, where the connection tube 3 is mounted in a form having a small radius of curvature.
