PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive charge type electrostatic charge image developing toner having superior properties, that is, a positive charge type electrostatic charge image developing toner which ensures a large stable tribocharge amount between the toner and a carrier and between the toner and a toner carrier such as a developing sleeve and can form a stable toner image independently of temperature and humidity. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and a charge control agent, the charge control agent is a salt prepared by reacting C.I.
