MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STACKED ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the conventional manufacturing method that it is difficult to form a coil conductor pattern to have a prescribed pattern caused by oozed conductor paste due to ruggedness on the surface of a green sheet and dispersion in the print thickness of the conductor paste because the coil conductor pattern is printed on the surface of the green sheet in a state of being supported by a support. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a first step of forming the green sheet on the support by using a first insulator and forming a cut-hole with a prescribed pattern to the green sheet; a second step of using a second insulator in the cut-hole of the green sheet to form an insulating part to the green sheet; a third step of stacking the green sheet on the insulating layer and exfoliating the support; and a fourth step of printing the conductor pattern on the surface of the green sheet stacked on the insulation layer.
