PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in a controller for hygienic cleaning device, a printed circuit board including wiring patterns for the controller used for different power supply voltages in the same printed circuit board allowing only change in the number of circuit components to be mounted without increase in the other kinds of circuit components to be mounted. SOLUTION: The printed circuit board of the controller is constituted to have, as the wiring pattern routes, a through-hole pair for inserting circuit components formed of two through-holes together with land and a plurality of paired through-holes formed of the through-holes with a distance between the through-holes equal to the paired through-holes defining one paired through-hole as the starting point and another paired through-hole as the ending point.
