PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle in which relief loss can be correctly reduced, and power can be saved without generating a response delay and generating a pressure loss. SOLUTION: The working vehicle is provided with a variable displacement pump 2 for supplying working fluid, a controller 16 for controlling discharge quantity of the variable displacement pump. a control valve 3 for controlling the working fluid discharged from the variable displacement pump, a hydraulic actuator 1 operating with working fluid out of the control valve, an operating lever 4 for operating the hydraulic actuator, and a relief valve 14 operating when the pressure of the working fluid becomes not less than the relief pressure. The controller 16 has a dynamic emulation model of a hydraulic drive mechanism, estimates pressure oil flow passing through the relief valve from the dynamic emulation model corresponding to the operating amount of the operating lever 4, and controls the pumping flow of the variable displacement pump 2 so that a relief flow estimated value approaches zero.
