PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide-based elastomer excellent in toughness, low temperature flexibility, elongation recovery, flexing fatigue resistance, repulsive elasticity, transparency, etc., as practical material physical properties as a thermoplastic elastomer, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This polyamide-based elastomer is characterized by being obtained by polymerizing (A) a polyamide-forming monomer, (B) an ABA-type triblock polyetherdiamine expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, (x), (z) are each 1-10; and (y) is 8-30], (C) a polyoxypropylene diamine expressed by general formula (2) [wherein, (n) is 2-10] and (D) a dicarboxylic acid.
