PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid sheet material having a satisfactory restoration property in the case of extending it on a planer direction and of compressing it in a thickness direction. SOLUTION: The solid sheet material 10 has a first layer 1 and a second layer 2 adjoining to the same, wherein the first layer 1 and the second layer 2 are partly joined with a joining part 3 with a given pattern and the first layer 1 is formed into a three dimensional solid shape between the joining part 3 and the second layer 2 is formed by a material exhibiting an elastomeric behavior, and the whole sheet exhibits an elastomeric behavior and has a gas permeability at the same time.
