PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid injection apparatus with high assembling precision, and a liquid injection apparatus manufactured therefor. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the liquid injection apparatus 1 includes a single base member 25 which is provided with a plurality of liquid injection heads 10 each including: a nozzle plate 16 having a nozzle forming surface 16A; a pressure generating chamber 21 to pressurize the liquid by a pressure generating means 14; and a liquid reservoir room 17 to reserve the liquid. A relative positional relationship between the liquid injection heads 10 and the base member 25 is set in the state in which the respective nozzle forming surfaces 16A of the heads 10 are brought into close contact with a reference surface 32 formed in a jig 30 for assembling, and the heads 10 and the base member 25 are integrated in the state of the set relative positional relationship being maintained. Consequently, the respective nozzle forming surfaces 16A are arranged accurately on one virtual plane to accurately find a injection distance between the liquid and an injecting object, and an injecting direction.
