PURPOSE:To vertically and horizontally link substance information and to reduce the amount of data required for management concerning the information managing mechanism for managing the mutually related substance information by applying respectively peculiar identifiers to the information. CONSTITUTION:This mechanism is provided with a means 1 composed of records corresponding to the kinds of information so as to store pointers corresponding to the mutually related high-order, low-order, preceding-order and following-order records, means 2 composed of records storing label names, identifiers of substance information, pointers to the low-order and following-order records and pointers instructing the substance information corresponding to the structure among the records inside the means 1, and means 3 for storing the pair of the identifier of the substance information and the pointer to the record inside the means 2 correponding to each label name of the record inside the means 2. |
