PURPOSE:To provide a deaerating mechanism for perfectly venting the air of an electrophoretic device in the space. CONSTITUTION:In an electrophoretic device having a buffer solution tank 2, a migration tank 4, a feed line 30 to the migration tank, a fractional device 11, and a buffer pump 9, this device is provided with a three-way switching valve 13 connected to the feed line and a deaerating vessel 16b in which the inlet port is connected to the sampling device, and the outlet port to the switching port of the three-way switching valve. The three-way switching valve continues the buffer solution tank to the migration tank when the valve is in the general position, and continues the deaerating vessel to the migration tank when it is in the switching position. |
