PURPOSE:To simplify operation, and improve yield and reproducibility by bringing a mixture of an acryl amide monomer or get manufacturing solution and a silane coupling agent into contact with a glass or ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:Prescribed quantities of an organic monomer (acrylamide), a gel manufacturing solution containing a crosslinking agent, a polymerization catalyst solution, and a silane coupling agent preliminarily dissolved in water or an organic solvent are mixed at use. This mixture is brought into contact with a glass or ceramic material. The fixed get (or monomer) into a capillary or to a base is manufactured by this simple and short-time process. The silane coupling agent has one end bonded to the acrylamide and the silanol side caused by hydrolysis turned on the glass surface, and forms a covalent bonded body by this condensation reaction. Thus, the glass makes contact with the mixture in the satisfactorily wetted state, or the state to which no water repellent property by silane coupling treatment is added. |
