PURPOSE:To produce a color filter capable of forming a highdefinition display picture having high light resistance and quality when used in a color liq. crystal display, etc., with high efficiency (yield). CONSTITUTION:A black matrix is formed with metal or metal oxide, then a pigment film of one color is formed by micelle electrolysis, a photo-curing resin is laminated thereon and patterned, the resist and pigment film on the unexposed part are removed by etching to form a pigment layer of one color, the process is repeated to form the layers of other colors, and a pigment pattern of plural colors is formed. |
