The hot-melt glue pistol with a tubular element (6) for a glue rod (4) is provided with a nonstick silicone rubber inner sleeve (2) in contact with the glue rod, and a polytetrafuoroethylene (PTFE) outer sleeve (1) whose inner diameter is larger than that of the inner sleeve. As a result, a contact between the outer surface of the glue rod and the inner surfaces of the PTFE outer sleeve is avoided.
