<p>A drive circuit includes a discontinuous rectangular wave oscillator and a low pass filter. The discontinuous rectangular wave used here consists of voltage Vp. 0, -Vp. When one cycle is T, the potential is 0 from time 0 to time phi, Vp from time phi to time (T/6 - phi), 0 from time (T/6 -phi) to time (T/3 + phi), ... Since this discontinuous waveform contains no tertiary higher harmonics, it is possible to reduce the inductance of the low pass filter. As a result, it is also possible to omit the low pass filter.
