PURPOSE: Provided is a cooling patch containing the pharmacologically active ingredient which alleviates fever and pain and improves cold by using hydrogel property of the solid substrate. CONSTITUTION: The cooling patch contains the coating material composed of 0.1-10 wt.% of pharmaceutically active ingredient, absorbent of the pharmaceutically active ingredient, polymeric substrate, surfactant, linking agent, moisture preservative and purified water, wherein the pharmaceutically active ingredient is nonsteroid anti-inflammatory agent or the extract of natural products, the linking agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylalcohol, hydroxypropylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose or their mixture. The coating material is coated on the surface of nonwoven fabric.
