<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit in which a loss can be compensated for an arbitrary transmission line by adding a rectangular wave or a triangular wave to its original waveform. <P>SOLUTION: The driver circuit includes a signal generator 1, a register 2 for storing pulsewidth data and amplitude data of a rectangular wave, rectangular wave generator 3, 4, 5 each for generating a rectangular wave according to pulsewidth data and amplitude data stored in the register 2, an adder 6 for adding an output 1a of the signal generator 1, an output 3a of the rectangular wave generator 3, an output 4a of the rectangular wave generator 4 and an output 5a of the rectangular wave generator 5, and an amplifier circuit 7 for amplifying an output 6a of the adder 6, and the loss of a transmission line is compensated by adding a rectangular wave pulse to a signal waveform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
