PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a hollow molding which can stably obtain whole weld strength and sealing performance in the welding part between split bodies and the hollow molding. SOLUTION: First, the split bodies 31 and 32 obtained by split-molding the hollow molding are contacted with each other and arranged in molds 14 and 24, and a rim part channel 330 filled with a molten resin is formed in the rim of the contact part. In the channel 330, projections 316 and 326 continuing over the whole circumference of the channel 330 are protruded from the split bodies 31 and 32. The molten resin is packed in the channel 330 and welded to the projections 316 and 326.
