<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right- and left-wheel driving gear for a vehicle that stabilizes the behavior of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This right- and left-wheel driving gear for a vehicle, which assists the turning of the vehicle, by generating torque of the same magnitude in the reverse direction in the right and left wheels with at least one electric motor, is provided with a right- and left-wheel slip ratio detecting means that detects the slip ratio of the driving side and braking side of the right and left wheels and a motor torque limiting means, that limits motor torque in such a way that higher of the slip ratios of the right and left wheels is suppressed to be within a prescribed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
