<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly usable mask accessory reducing a clearance formed between a mask and the face as much as possible, freely detachably attached and reducing the feeling of a foreign substance and to provide the mask integrally formed with the accessory at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The mask accessory in a claim 1 is formed by covering absorbent cotton with the dimension of covering around the nostril (roughly 3-5 by 5-7 cm) with gauze into a bag shape. The mask in a claim 2 is so formed that the mask accessory in the claim 1 is sewn to a cloth with the dimension of covering around the nostril and the sewn one is partially sewn to the mask inside.
