PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic instrument which is improved in the cost reduction and a productivity in a connector unit, by improving a constitution wherein a circuit substrate is integrated with a chassis plate. SOLUTION: The circuit substrate is integrated with the chassis plate 16 and a part of the chassis plate 16 is bent whereby an established plate unit 24 is erected from the chassis plate 16. Terminals 26 are provided in the end of the established plate unit 24 as one part of the circuit substrate. The terminals 26 are one part of the inexpensive chassis plate 16. Further, the terminals 26 are one part of the chassis plate 16 whereby they have the shape of plate having rigidity and connecting work to the counter parts of connection is facilitated. The established plate unit is constituted of one part of the chassis plate integrated with the circuit substrate, and the terminals are provided at the end of the established plate unit whereby the connector can be provided at a low cost and the connecting work to the counter member is facilitated.
