PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid assembly wherein ground connection to a fixed iron core is secured, the number of components is reduced, molding is available, and attaching and detaching of a coil are facilitated. SOLUTION: The solenoid assembly 2 is constituted of: an iron core assembly 10 which is constituted of a cylindrical yoke 11, a nonmagnetic substance ring 12 and the fixed iron core 13; a first yoke 3a which is engaged with periphery 10a of the iron core assembly; a bobbin 4 around which a coil 8 is wound; a second yoke 3b; and a coil case 9. In the solenoid assembly 2, a contact member 7 which is connected to a grounding terminal 5 arranged in the bobbin and whose fixed end 7a is fixed to the bobbin, is protruded to a clearance 18 between the periphery of the iron core assembly and a bobbin inner diameter 4c and brought into contact with the periphery of the iron core assembly. The contact member is constituted of a plate spring member, brought into contact with periphery of the fixed iron core by spring capacity, and protruded in a shape of a tongue from a first yoke side toward a second yoke side. Further, the first and the second yokes, the bobbin, the coil, a coil terminal, the grounding terminal, the coil case and the contact member are subjected to molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
