PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper incineration method and device by a multistage incineration stove improved upon a conventional incineration stove. SOLUTION: The paper incineration method by the multistage incineration stove comprises a fireplace for warming a room by a small incinerator for burning coal or firewood, in which the incinerator is formed as the multistage incineration stove, and waste papers are mainly put and burnt in the incineration stove to warm the room. The paper incineration device by the multistage incineration stove comprises four single plates 4 integrally formed in a trapezoidal form from concrete material, and multistage fences provided on lateral side plates of the single plates. The four single plates are assembled together so that the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrowed, and a bottom plate is mounted on the lower part, and the upper and lower parts are fastened by two fastening plates.
