PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for injecting a quick setting agent using high-speed jet fluid which, when improving long-depth of the ground, eliminates an operation failure, forms an accurate improved object, makes it easy to discharge slime produced during improvement and increases excavating force by maintaining jet force with a plurality of nozzels while keeping its verticality and enabling a fast-paced quick setting and curing in water so that construction in the ground where velocity is rapid is carried out well. SOLUTION: The device is composed of at least one pipe formed in double or triple mounting a bit at the bottom part of an injection rod, into which air, cement hardening material and a quick setting agent are poured. There are included a drilling bit provided at the bottom end of the injection rod and jetting out to inclination and crossing directions, a first stirrer provided at the upper side of the drilling bit jetting out to a different inclination direction at a different level and a second stirrer provided at the upstream side of the first stirrer for jetting air horizontally.
