PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial leather having both of flexible feeling and high Stoll abrasion resistance, hardly scratching and staining a rubbed material at abrasion, and having sufficient clarity of color. SOLUTION: The artificial leather has an adhesive layer and a skin layer on a base cloth. The adhesive layer is constituted of a resin composition comprising a crosslinkable urethane resin, a crosslinking agent, organic fine particles and an organic solvent. As a result, the Stoll abrasion resistance is heightened, and the scratching, the staining or the like of the rubbed material at abrasion is prevented because the organic fine particles are contained not in the skin layer but in the adhesive layer. The clarity of the color of the artificial leather can be kept even if colored organic fine particles are used because the organic fine particles are not present in the skin layer. The artificial leather is suitably used as the artificial leather for sports shoes, furniture, application on a vehicle or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
