PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panty hose having excellent detachability and favorable wearing feeling such as warmth retainability or relaxing feeling of the panty part by applying optimum knitting structure or yarn use corresponding to the abdominal part, the buttock part, the leg part and the like, through solving problems that the abdominal part, the buttock part, the leg part and a foot part are not given optimum wearing pressure corresponding to the respective parts and thereby it is difficult for a wearer to have detachability or comfortable wearing feeling because knitting structure of the panty part and the leg part of the panty hose comprise single one, and yarn use is not fully optional. SOLUTION: The panty hose comprises a panty part, leg parts and foot parts. The panty part is formed of a combination comprising flat knitting stitches and tucked knitting stitches using a circular hosiery knitting machine having an outer diameter of 6-7 in. The leg parts and the foot parts are narrowly formed utilizing flat knitting stitches or float knitting stitches so as to be excellent in tightening power, detachability, wearing feeling and the like.
