PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having each excellent impact resistance, rigidity, weather resistance and pigment-colorability; and to provide a molded product. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 1-99 mass% first graft copolymer (A) obtained by the graft copolymerization of a vinylic polymer on a crosslinked ethylene-propylene-based gummy polymer (E), and 99-1 mass% second graft copolymer (B) obtained by the graft copolymerization of a vinylic polymer on a composite gummy polymer (R) comprising an polyorganosiloxane (S) having <100 nm mass average particle diameter, and a poly(meth)acrylic ester (M) containing a (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer unit and a crosslinking agent and/or a grafting agent.
