PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press with which the miniaturization and the cost reduction of an AC power source equipment are achieved. SOLUTION: In a press 10 the slide 17 of which is ascendable and descendable by rotationally driving a crankshaft 12 with a motor 30 and with which press forming is performable in the working region during the slide 17 is lowered, a motor driving power source device for a motor is formed with a rectifying circuit 10 connected to AC power source equipment 200 and a driver circuit 72B connected to this rectifying circuit and also, by providing an electrical energy accumulating device 110 between the rectifying circuit and the driver circuit, the peak value (Iacp) of power-supply current of the AC power source equipment 200 in the working region is formed suppressibly.
