PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carriage feeding device integrated with a carriage storage device. SOLUTION: The carriage feeding device 20 has a pedestal part 21 on which a stack 11 of empty carriages 10 can be mounted, and a carry-out mechanism 22 is incorporated in the pedestal part 21. In addition, a carry-in mechanism 23 for receiving carriages 10 serially after medicine is injected, stacking the carriages 10, and extending a stack 12 of medicine-injected carriages is incorporated in the pedestal part 21 in such a way that the carry-in mechanism 23 is adjacent to the carry-out mechanism 22 for feeding out the carriages 10 serially from the stack 11 of empty carriages.
