PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for reliably holding planar accessory such as cameo and improving outer appearance in design, and also to provide its holding structure. SOLUTION: A frame main body 10 includes: a ring shape base 11 attached along the peripheral end surface of the planar accessory 9; and a support piece 12 internally protruded from the front edge 11a of the ring shape base 11 to the side of the front surface 91 of the accessory 9. Attachment bolts 2 are put through from an outer part through-holes 13 which are pierced near the rear end 11b of the base 11. Holding members 3 are provided with an abutment surface 30 for preventing the planar accessory 9 from coming off backward by abutment onto the rear surface 92 of the accessory, and screwed onto the male screw 21 of each attachment bolt 2 which is protruded to the side of the rear surface 92 of the internally arranged accessory.
