PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody composite material assembly easily assemblable without using an adhesive or iron fittings. SOLUTION: This woody composite material assembly 10 is formed in a box-shape having a parallel lower face by placing the 1st woody composite materials 20a,20b in parallel as shown in figure (a) and inserting the crossing insertion parts 27 of the perpendicularly crossed 2nd woody composite materials 21a,21b into the crossed insertion part 26 of the lower face of each of the 1st woody composite materials 20a,20b. The crossing insertion part 26 of each lower face of the perpendicularly crossing 1st woody composite materials 20c,20d is inserted into the crossing insertion part 25 of each upper face of the 1st woody composite materials 20a,20b, the 1st woody composite materials 20c,20d are inserted in a similar alternately crossing manner, and the crossing insertion part 27 of the alternately crossed 2nd woody composite materials 21c,21d is inserted into the crossing insertion part 26 of each upper face of the 1st woody composite materials 20c,20d.
