PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the signal lamp for use in a road display is provided to effectively extend the lifetime of the signal lamp by freely adjusting the on/off time period and the luminance of the signal lamp in response to the condition of the road and the number of driving vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the signal lamp for use in a road display includes a supporting board, a signal lamp(6) and a control panel. The supporting board is provided with the signal lamp attached on the front surface of the supporting board to display the right and the left directions. The signal lamp turns on and off. And, the control panel generates the control signal soas to selectively adjust the on/off time period and the luminance of the signal lamp in response to the condition of the road and the number of driving vehicles. |
