摘要 PURPOSE: A heating and cooling device is provided to maximize the heating and cooling efficiency by coating the surface of a cold and warm water pipe and the surface of a dewing passage pipe with a material radiating far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: In a heating and cooling device, a thermal radiation and absorption mechanism(11) and a blower fan(10) circulating air are surrounded by a casing(2) the lower side of which is open. The inside of the casing becomes a reflecting plate(2a). In the thermal radiation and absorption mechanism, cold and warm water pipes(3) in which cold or warm water flows are connected to U-shaped pipes(7). A dewing passage pipe(4) is installed to the lower periphery of the cold and warm water pipe. Surface area expansions are projected to the outer periphery of the cold and warm water pipes and the lower periphery of the dewing passage pipe. A connection pin in the surface area expansion pins projected to the cold and warm water pipe is connected to the dewing passage pipe. A far-infrared radiation film is formed to the surface of the thermal radiation and absorption mechanism. The end of the dewing passage pipe communicates with a drain pipe(9). The cold and warm water pipes, the dewing passage pipes, and the connection pipes are integrally formed by aluminum extrusion.
