<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering system transmission ratio variable system capable of preventing spinning, and improving steering feeling by predicting the spinning of a vehicle and applying a counter. <P>SOLUTION: When the counter is applied in the steering system transmission ratio variable system 11, an ECU 10 drives auxiliary valves 33A, 33B to increase the pressure oil flowing into a cylinder 30. The auxiliary force is generated so as to negate the increase of the steering reaction force caused by applying the counter, the steering reaction force against a steering wheel 12 is maintained to be constant, and steering feeling is more improved than the conventional one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
