PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly extract an intended signal and provide a method, a program, and a device for signal processing of a wind profiler which is required to provide physical quantities including an accurate wind speed vector and the like. SOLUTION: In the wind profiler for obtaining various physical quantities or the wind speed vector in a transmitting and receiving direction by transmitting probe wave in a plurality of directions to the air, receiving the probe wave reflected by a scatterer existing in the air and processing the transmitting and receiving signals, intended signal is temporarily extracted from observed Doppler spectrum, the various physical quantities or the wind speed vector in the transmitting and receiving direction are obtained by a trial calculation using the intended signal data which are temporarily extracted, the trial calculation data of the various physical quantities or the wind speed vector in the transmitting and receiving direction are feeded back on the observed Doppler spectrum, the observed data which are most similar to the trial calculation data are re-extracted from the Doppler spectrum as an intended signal and the various physical quantities or the wind speed vector in the transmitting and receiving direction are calculated on the basis of the re-extracted intended signal data.
