PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which is useful and allows the management quality of the device to be improved and has the operability improved, a control method therefor, and a computer readable recording medium having a program for execution of this method stored therein. SOLUTION: In the control method for the communication terminal device, a communication management report is created on the basis of communication management information and is added to a mail with an acknowledge request and is transmitted to a transmission destination and preserves communication management information till receiving a response mail responding to reception of the mail to which the communication management report is added, from the transmission destination.
