PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication method and a mobile communication apparatus for precluding the possibility of being run into important traffic accident without troubling a user and giving other passengers trouble even when the user moves by a public traffic facility or drives an automobile or in other similar cases. SOLUTION: A mobile phone (mobile station) 20 or the like keeps a master-slave relation to a base station 50, detects a moving seed on the basis of 'notice information' from the base station 50, and automatically shifts to a 'drive mode' when detecting a time properly selectable by the user through a key operation or the like such as high speed movement for 5 minutes.
