PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board protective structure which is capable of preventing a printed wiring board and wiring cables from being scattered and lost when they are dismounted from a case and effectively protecting parts that are to be mounted on the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A first protective member 2 is provided with a side extending along the one side of a nearly rectangular first printed wiring board 1 and extending in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the first printed wiring board 1, and is fixed to the one side of the first printed wiring board 1. A second protective member 3 is provided with a side extending along the other side of the first printed wiring board 1 opposite to its one side and extending in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the first printed wiring board 1, and is fixed to the other side of the first printed wiring board 1. A second printed wiring board 5 is fixed to the first protective member 2, and a third printed wiring board 4 is fixed to the second protective member 3.
