PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability in attachment and detachment to/from a disk drive in a disk cartridge. SOLUTION: A lower shell 4 is provided with an almost cylindrical shaft support part 4L formed by bending an edge part of a central hole 4a, and a lower shutter member 7D has a cylindrical shaft tube part 7DL that is fitted into the outer circumference of the shaft support part 4L in a freely rotatable way.
